Terms & Conditions

The Pet Owner agrees to the following terms and conditions:  

I agree to provide Fetchden Services Providers with all necessary instructions for the duties, and provide any medication or special needs instructions for each of the pets.  

I will be considered liable for any damages or injuries caused by my pet(s).

I represent that my pet(s) is current on its required vaccinations, is on a monthly flea and tick preventative medication, has been in good health for the last 30 days  and it’s not aggressive.

I am aware and understand that Fetchden Service Providers are not veterinarians and do not have backgrounds in animal medicine. Fetchden Service Providers cannot diagnose or detect illnesses in the client’s pets. I agree to assume all risk associated with the administration of medication by Fetchden. 

I HEREBY AGREE TO WAIVE ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITY OR INDEMNITY AGAINST FETCHDEN SERVICE PROVIDERS, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS AS A RESULT OF MY FAILURE TO INFORM FETCHDEN SERVICE PROVIDERS OF ANY PRE‐EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS THAT MY PET MAY HAVE.

I agree to allow Fetchden Services Providers to obtain veterinarian medical treatment for my pet, if, in its sole discretion it appears that, the pet is ill, injured, or exhibits any other behavior that would reasonably suggest that my pet might need medical treatment. Medical treatment may require transportation of my pet to receive care and I hereby authorize such transportation. I grant Fetchden full authority to make decisions involving the medical treatment of my pet if attempt to contact me is not successful.  I agree that I am fully responsible for the cost of any such medical treatment and transportation. 

I agree that I am assuming all risk of illness, disease, harm or otherwise to my pet by allowing my pet to participate in services with Fetchden . 

I agree to be solely financially responsible for any and all acts or behavior of my pet while in the care of  Fetchden Service Providers, WHICH MAY INCLUDE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES FOR THE INJURY CAUSED BY MY PET TO OTHER ANIMALS, HUMANS, AND/OR FETCHDEN SERVICE PROVIDERS. IN ADDITION, I AGREE THAT IF MY PET IS INJURED BY ANOTHER PET, I HEREBY RELEASE FETCHDEN, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ALL LIABILITY AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH INJURY. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT IF MY PET BITES A HUMAN OR PET, THAT FETCHDEN MAY CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.  

I certify that my dog is not aggressive and I understand that aggressive dogs are not permitted to participate in services by Fetchden. 

I agree to allow Fetchden to use my pet’s name and any images or videos taken while it is in the care of Fetchden services providers, in any form or format, for use, at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional materials.  

In the best interest of both the Owner’s pet(s) and Fetchden Service Provider, training sessions typically held outside will not occur if the temperature is below -35 degrees Celsius (inclusive of wind chill) or above 35 degrees Celsius (inclusive of humidex) or during weather conditions where high winds, heavy snow, heavy rain, or thunder and lightning prevent normal training conditions or threaten the safety of the Service Provider, the pet, or both.

I agree that Fetchden shall not be responsible or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property belonging either to my dog or me. 

WAIVER OF RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION.  I RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY AND AGREE TO HOLD FETCHDEN, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY AND ALL MANNER OF DAMAGES, INJURY, CLAIMS, LOSS, LIABILTIES, COSTS OR EXPENSES, ATTORNEY’S FEES, CAUSES OF ACTION OR SUIT, WHATSOEVER IN LAW OR EQUITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY WAGGIN TAILS PET SERVICES, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: ANY INACCURACY IN ANY STATEMENT MADE BY MYSELF OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ME TO WAGGIN TAILS PET SERVICES, MY PET, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, DOG BITES, INJURY, AND TRANSMISSION OF DISEASE, AND ANY ACTION BY MYSELF THAT IS IN BREACH OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.  

Privacy Policy:

Your information is collected when you enter in a services agreement with us. You may be asked to provided your name, email address, mailing address or phone number.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested

-To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts/agreements entered into between you and us to provide you with the information and services that you request from us

-To send periodic emails (the email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.)

Do we use cookies?

Yes. We may collect and store information about your visit on an anonymous, aggregate basis using “cookie” technology and Google Analytics. Cookies may tell us the time and length of visits and the pages viewers look at on our sites. This information allows us to measure site activity to tailor the consumer’s experience within our website.
