Do you offer services on week days or only weekends?
I am offering weekends only at this time. This allows me to offer last minute services, as well as early/late schedule and holidays. Please send me an email if you would like to be informed when week-day services are available: hello@fetchden.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and e-transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?
A $25 cancellation fee will be applied for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled service. If cancellation is made within 12 hours, the full rate will apply.
Are there any additional fees for the services?
Each additional pet is $10. Services before 9 am, after 6 pm and statutory holidays are additional $10.
How does the dog bathing work?
Your dog will receive a bath in the comfort of your home's bathroom. You will provide shampoo, conditioner, towels and any other products, including a blowdryer if required.
Are there any instances where a pet is not suitable for the services?
Pets that are still working on aggressive or impulsive behaviour may need special considerations. Please contact me to discuss. There are not restrictions related to pet size.
Do you administer medication or handle other health needs?
I can administer medication and care for other needs like wound care as long as they are prescribed and recommended by your veterinarian.
Are you able to assist my pet while I am at home?
Absolutely. You may have days when you can't do it yourself and I am here to help.
What experience do you have taking care of cats and dogs?
I have my own cat and dog which I adore. Additionally I have volunteered at the Comfie Cat Shelter.
